YOU JUST MET YOUR

NEW BESTIE!

Founded by therapist, creative, and community builder Zianne Cuff, LMHC, M.A., God Be With You (GBWY) was created to make faith, healing, and honest connection feel accessible, relevant, and real.

Through her work with Black and Brown women, Zianne witnessed how shame, silence, spiritual disconnection, and unresolved pain can keep people trapped in cycles of abuse, unhealthy relationships, and patterns passed down through generations. GBWY is her response: a faith-centered movement bringing together mental health, creativity, community, and honest conversation to help people heal, break generational cycles of abuse, reconnect with God, and build healthier, more whole lives.

Zianne is a therapist, published author, artist, and speaker with a Master’s degree in Psychology from New York University. She is currently completing the prerequisites for medical school to earn her MD. Her work sits at the intersection of mental health, faith, creativity, and community. She has contributed to research panels, exhibited her artwork internationally, and authored Feelings in COLOR and The Love Letter Anthology.

Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, Zianne created GBWY from a simple belief: healing does not have to happen alone. GBWY creates spaces where people can ask hard questions, wrestle honestly with faith, process difficult experiences, recognize unhealthy patterns, and find the support and language needed to choose something different.

Whether you are navigating church hurt, healing from abuse, rebuilding your relationship with God, breaking patterns that have been passed down through generations, or simply becoming more fully yourself, GBWY invites you to come as you are.

Rooted in faith.
Grounded in empathy.
Committed to breaking cycles.

The FEELINGS in COLOR Project is a book of poems that articulates the scope of emotions that we all experience.

Each color within this poetry book represents a feeling.

BLUE - Poems about Sadness

RED - Poems about Rage and Desire

GREEN - Poems about healing

BROWN - Poems about Love

YELLOW - Poems about Joy

This project is an ode to vulnerability and recognizing one's own humanity through a lens of grace and self-forgiveness. Through prose and vivid imagery, Zianne seeks to utilize her talent of storytelling to capture a lifetime of emotions left unspoken. Her poems seek to make sense of trauma, grief, rage, and sadness while also giving life to the healing that comes after. This book is a means of coming back to oneself after spending so many years being lost in the shadows.

The Love Letter Anthology is a deeply personal collection of poetry and reflections on faith, healing, sisterhood, and preparation for love and marriage.

It follows Zianne’s journey from trauma and emotional unlearning into restoration, showing how she is shaped through pain, reflection, and growth while believing God has been present through every season.

A central theme is sisterhood—friendships with women that become sacred spaces of safety, truth, and emotional renewal. Through these bonds, Zianne rediscovers her voice, worth, and softness, learning what it means to be held and seen without condition.

Woven throughout is a strong spiritual foundation: the belief that God is actively preparing Zianne for wholeness and covenant love. Marriage is framed not as rescue, but as alignment between two whole lives grounded in faith.

This collection is a testimony of healing and becoming—showing how survival, sisterhood, and divine preparation work together to shape a woman ready for love rooted in wholeness and truth.

The Sweet Life, When Rest Becomes Crucial…

Zianne had the joy of joining Rakita from Under The Holis Tree to explore intentional rest—the art of pausing with purpose in a world that moves at relentless pace. Under The Holis Tree champions A Softer Way to Live Well, offering luxurious wellness experiences and community for Black women ready to move with rhythm, not urgency.

Eldest "Parentified" Daughters Learning Healing, Godly Love & Love of Self

This episode holds a special place in Zianne’s heart. She joined Christina from Her Authentic Self Podcast for a powerful conversation about parentification and its impact on faith, relationships, and personal boundaries.

This discussion is for eldest daughters who learned to carry their family’s load far too early and for women who feel unseen or burnt out by emotional, financial, physical, and mental responsibilities. Zianne and Christina share their own journeys toward healing, along with therapeutic and Biblical insights on how to serve God while also setting boundaries, leaning on community, and prioritizing mental wellbeing.

The eye of the beholder: q & A session

Zianne had the pleasure of co-creating, co-hosting and MCing a collaborative effort, The Eye of the Beholder Christian Modeling Workshop—a space where faith and fashion meet. The workshop invited participants to explore modeling as a form of self-expression, confidence-building, and ministry, emphasizing authenticity and reflecting Christian values.

In this episode, Zianne leads the conversation as she asks her co-collaborator Melanie about her creative process, the inspiration behind the workshop, and how intentional artistry can foster both personal and spiritual growth. Listeners get an inside look at what it takes to bring a faith-forward, empowering modeling experience to life.

Your Are Not Alone: Being Honest About Mental Health

My Life is A Testimony Podcast featured Zianne’s testimony where she opens up about her journey from childhood pain to healing, faith, and purpose. What she once carried in silence, God used to shape her calling as a therapist and a voice for others. If you’ve ever felt alone in your story, this episode will remind you that God is with you.
