When will my preorder ship?
All preorders will be shipped on or after April 25th. The exact shipping date depends on our capacity, inventory, and when your order was placed.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we are only accepting domestic orders. We apologize for any inconvenience that this might cause! Please come back soon and we just may have a surprise in store for you.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product was damaged during transit.

What if my order is damaged upon arrival?
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide an exchange for the damaged item.
